By accessing or using PlayDot, you agree to these Terms of Service. A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms when the service is used for or by a child.
The Service
PlayDot offers personalized stories, AI-generated covers, coloring pages, educational games and account-based content storage. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and notify PlayDot of suspected unauthorized access. One person must not create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or subscription rules.
Children and Parental Supervision
PlayDot is designed for family use. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children, reviewing generated content and deciding whether any story, image or activity is appropriate for the child.
Generated Content
AI-generated content can contain mistakes or unexpected material. PlayDot does not guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, unique or suitable. Users should review content before showing, printing or sharing it.
Free and Premium Plans
Free and Premium plans may have monthly generation limits. Current prices and limits are displayed on the Pricing page. Unused monthly allowances do not carry forward unless explicitly stated.
Payments and Cancellation
Premium subscriptions are billed through the designated payment provider. Users may cancel according to the checkout and account-management options provided. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use PlayDot for unlawful, harmful, abusive or deceptive purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass account, security or usage limits.
- Do not upload or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not interfere with the website, servers or other users.
Intellectual Property
PlayDot, its branding, interface and original site content remain the property of the service operator or licensors. Rights in user-provided and AI-generated content may depend on applicable law and third-party provider terms.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PlayDot is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by misuse, or decisions made solely on the basis of generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where these terms are breached, payments fail, security is threatened or the service is misused.
Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes should be communicated where appropriate. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page. Add the legal business name, jurisdiction, governing law and effective date before publication.
